KCS's AGM 2012/13

Hello, readers!
or should I say 안녀하세요!

I know you guys have been craving to see some posts about the happenings during the AGM. I know we delayed a few days and I guess you guys must be quite disappointed. Our sincere apologies. Well, despair not because we're finally here and back in the game! To those who were not present during the event, we will be posting a few pictures below and reveal some of the occurrence. And to those who were present that day, take this as something to aid yourselves in reminiscing about that night.

Besides, a picture is worth a thousand words...

In every story, before bringing up any main points, there is always an introduction. In this case, our introduction will be as such;
     Rehearsing for the night...

Let me uncover some pictures of what the committees were doing a day before the AGM.

 Here, we can see that our President and our VP is directing all the committees on welcoming the members to the hall. By the way, where they were at is not where the event should be held. Pretend the site between the Main Hall and Learning Point is the Exam Hall. 

Hey, imaginations has no boundaries..

 In this picture, we can see that both of our handsome emcees are practicing their lines for the night.

    Well, pictures do really speak a thousand words. It's pretty obvious that all committees are diligently rehearsing for the AGM. Making sure they do not mess up in any ways, they practiced for about 2 - 3 times throughout the night. Not to mention they tried to brush up and enhance their scripts.

Exhausted? Sure they were! All these were for you guys! awww... :D


Moving on...

The following photos shown were also taken before the event, but on the same day.

 As you can see the guys at the back were decorating the whiteboard with fancy strips while the girls were getting ready the gifts to be given out later. 

 Shifting the speakers for better sound effect. Plus, an awesome arrangement and position I would say. BONUS!

 PA System. Making sure both audio and visual works perfectly fine, because they will be broadcasting some videos and some musics for the dancers to dance to. Nobody likes a scratchy audio and a blurry visual right?

And finally.... after a long rehearsal and precaution tests and not forgetting finishing their artistic decorations, the AGM begins!

 KCS's Teacher Advisors!

During the meeting itself, not only they introduce interesting things about this society, they even SHOWED it! 

As the saying goes, "Action speaks louder than words"

For instance, the KCS Dance Division group did a splendid and flawless performance and left the audience stunned in awe. There were actually a few more performances by them such as the ladies danced to TaeTiSeo's Twinkle and the guys danced to ShiNee's Sherlock!

However, according to these pictures below, the guys performed Beast's Fiction and the ladies performed APink's My My. 

For your information, their magnificent performances stole the hearts of the audience. The registration que for dancing class was so long that it was blocking my way out :D

Speaking of classes, not only KCS has a dancing class, but they do have a language class as well!               Awesome? Yes!
Imagining yourself capable of speaking a foreign language. Moreover, with that passion in learning the Korean language, it adds the uniqueness in you too.. don't you think so?


.... and hence, the AGM has finally come to an end and was earlier than expected. It finishes before the clock strikes 11. But no matter, the event was to be considered as a success. So, what do you guys think about it?
